Audio levels

As demonstrated at IBC, FORscene now provides audio level controls. As usual, a right mouse click brings up the more advanced features - in this case by right clicking on the A1, A2, A3 or A4 button and then on the corresponding L button and then the audio level itself for progressively more advanced functionality.
