New Codec

Forbidden has a new video codec - Blackbird. Typical codecs, such as MPEG, are aimed primarily at video streaming applications. Forbidden's new Blackbird codec meets the needs of web-based video editors - consistent quality, responsive shuttling and full frame rate editing, all over variable downlinks (with relatively slow uplinks) and on a wide range of computers. Blackbird opens up FORscene to a much larger audience.
