Total voting rights and capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Companys issued share capital consists of 79,352,500 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.8p each (Ordinary Shares). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 79,352,500. The figure of 79,352,500 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Forbidden under the FSAs Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
